What personal Information is collected?
When completing an online booking form, to register your child you you will be asked for your name, your child’s name and for a contact email for your booking confirmation to be sent to and as a means of contact for the leader. You will be asked whether your child has any allergies to ensure they are safe taking part in the sensory activities provided. You will be required to agree that your child is your responsibility at all times throughout the session. You will also be asked whether or not you consent to photographs being taken of your child for promotional purposes.
When you fill in the booking form, information is handled through a trusted third-party booking system called Bookwhen. When you make a booking, any personal information you provide (such as your name and contact details) is securely stored in Bookwhen’s database and managed in line with their data protection and security policies. We only access the information needed to manage your booking and communicate with you about the class. Please visit the Bookwhen website for further information around data handling.
When you contact us directly by email or phone, we will only use your contact details and personal information to respond appropriately. Contact details will not be stored.
Website Visitor Analysis
Exploration Station’s website is set up via the third party, Wix. Visitors to the website are anonymously analysed, giving valuable information, such as pages viewed and visitor numbers. This assists us in improving customer experience.

Our website is built using Wix, which uses essential cookies required for core functionality. It may also use non-essential cookies, such as analytics cookies, to give insights as to how visitors use our site and to assist us in improving our services. We use Wix Analytics to collect aggregated information about how visitors interact with our website, such as most viewed pages, helping us improve user experience.

Booking Payments are processed via Bookwhen, our online booking system, and Stripe, our secure third party payment processor. Your payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards and privacy policies. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
We use secure passwords for both the website and booking site to protect the data, which are not shared.
Disclosing your information
We do not sell your personal data to anyone nor do we share it. We only share personal information if we are legally obliged to.
